Amendment to VERBIS Registration Obligation Criteria

Decision No 2023/1154 was published in the Official Gazette No 32259 on the date of July 25, 2023, regarding the amendment of the exception criterion for the VERBIS registration obligation.

  • Within the scope of the Decision, the "total annual financial balance sheet" from the VERBIS registration obligation criteria was changed from 25 million Turkish liras to 100 million Turkish liras.
  • According to the Decision, legal entities that meet the criteria of being obliged to register VERBIS with a total annual financial balance sheet of 100 million Turkish liras have become VERBIS registration obligations.
  • The decision was published in the Official Gazette No. 32259 on July 25, 2023 and entered into force on the day it was published.
