Military and Birth Loans Shall Be Made Through E-Devlet System

18.03.2019 dated and 4299189 numbered SSI General Letter on “Receiving Military and Birth Loan Demands Through E-Devlet System” has published.

Under this SSI General Letter, the applications for military and birth loans through e-devlet shall be made through:

  • 4a Service Loan/Loaning Transactions/Applications made on E-devlet menu for the 4/a insurants,
  • Assurance/Loaning/Pre-application monitoring menu for the 4/b insurants.

The applications shall be resulted with providing a document number by the SSI according to the last statute of the insurant on the date of the demand under the current legislation and shall be kept in the insurant’s file.

The loaning demands of the ones who do not have address information in the Mernis records, shall be kept in the file by the institution after processing the requests. The loan shall be acquired through the first demand made on the e-devlet system if the daily earning based to the loan is not changed. Otherwise, if the daily earning based to the loan is changed on the date of the application, the first demand made on e-devlet shall be deemed invalid.
