Administrative Fine Amounts in KVKK for 2026

Pursuant to duplicated Article 298 of Tax Procedure Law, the revaluation rate has been published in the Official Gazette numbered 33090 and dated November 27, 2025. Revaluation rate announced in the rate of 25.49% (twenty five comma forty nine) for 2026.

According to the rate, the administrative fines in Article 18 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK") numbered 6698 shall be imposed in 2026 as in the following amounts:

In Case of Breach Of Data Security Obligations	256,357 ₺	17,092,242 ₺
In Case of Contradiction With The Decisions Of The Board	427,263 ₺	17,092,242 ₺
In Case of Breach Of VERBIS Registration Obligation And Notification	341,809 ₺	17,092,242 ₺
Failure to Fulfill the Standard Contract Notification Obligation Regarding Cross-Border Data Transfers	90,308 ₺	1,806,377 ₺
