The Final Payment Deadline for Debts Owed to the Social Security Institution Has Been Extended

Pursuant to the announcement made by the Social Security Institution (SSI) on March 31, 2026:

Taking into account the access delays experienced due to the updates carried out on the infrastructure of the Financial Automation System (MOSIP), the payment deadline for premium liabilities originally due on March 31, 2026 has been extended until April 7, 2026 at 23:59.

Accordingly, the final payment deadline has been extended to April 7, 2026 at 23:59 for the following:

  • Current-period insurance premiums
  • Debts subject to restructuring and installment arrangements
  • Debts within the scope of Article 48 of Law No. 6183 on the Procedure for the Collection of Public Receivables
  • General health insurance debts
  • Debts arising from service borrowing and reclamation procedures

IMPORTANT:

Payments made by this date will be deemed to have been made within the statutory period.

Points to be noted:

It is of great importance that payments be made within the specified period in order to:

  • Continue benefiting from SSI incentives and support schemes
  • Avoid late payment penalties and default surcharges
  • Prevent restructuring plans from being invalidated
