Pursuant to duplicated Article 298 of Tax Procedure Law, the revaluation rate has been published in the Official Gazette numbered 32380 (In Turkish) and dated November 25, 2023. Revaluation rate announced in the rate of 58.46% (fifty eight comma fourty six) for 2024.

Decision No 2023/1154 was published in the Official Gazette No 32259 on the date of July 25, 2023, regarding the amendment of the exception criterion for the VERBIS registration obligation.

With the application number 2019/4055 and dated January 14, 2019 Constitutional Court Decision has been published in the Official Gazette No. 32161 on April 12, 2023, it has been concluded that the Right to Request the Protection of Personal Data by sharing arrest, type of crime and identity information without his/her consent in the petitions sent by the person in the Penal Institution to Public Authorities Has Been Violated.

Within the scope of the regulations in the Constitution and the regulations in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6689 ("KVKK"), there are regulations for applying to the data controller and Complaint to the Turkish DPA.

According to the announcement published by the Personal Data Protection Authority; as of 27th March 2023, the "Complaint Module" system on the website of the Authority has been updated so that lawyers can also submit their complaints to the Turkish DPA by power of attorney.
