A temporary incapacity payment is made for the insurant under the Art. 4 and clause 1/b (Bağkur) of the 5510 numbered Social Insurances and General Health Insurance Law for the period in which they did not work with the provision of obtaining a resting report in case of a work accident, occupational illness and motherhood, according to the Art. 18 of the law.
The incapacity payment was deserved when the insurant (with Bağkur) under the scope apply to the Social Security Institution units and make a declaration regarding not working on the days that they obtain a resting report.
With this regulation, it became possible for the related insurant to declare their unemployment via applying https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/sosyal-guvenlik-is-goremezlik-raporu-calismazlik-beyan-islemleri address on the e-devlet system electronically, without having any need to apply Institution units.
