Implementation of SMS-Based Secondary Authentication in SSI’s Notification Portal for Non-Worked Days

As part of the Social Security Institution’s (SSI) Notification Portal for Non-Worked Days (also known as e-Vizite), a two-step SMS verification process will be implemented as of July 1, 2025, to enhance user access and data security.
With this new regulation, significant changes will be introduced regarding the use of the system.
Changes in the Application
- SMS-Based Secondary Authentication: Starting from July 1, 2025, after completing the initial login step, users will receive an SMS containing a verification code sent to their registered mobile phone. Access to the portal will be finalized upon entering this code.
- Authorization Delegation Option: Institutions will be allowed to delegate access to up to three users, as designated by the primary declaration of users. These authorized users will log in with their own credentials, and the SMS verification codes will be sent to their registered mobile phone numbers.
- SMS Verification Applies to Web Application Only: This update applies exclusively to SSI’s web-based application at: Vizite Portal (In Turkish) No changes will be made to existing web service integrations.
Actions Required from Users
- Mandatory Mobile Number Registration: To ensure smooth operation of the SMS verification process, authorized users must register their mobile numbers with SSI through the following link: SSI Information - Mobile Phone Declaration (In Turkish), and ensure that the information is up to date.
- It is important to assign and register delegated users in the system and complete the required steps on time.
- All preparations must be completed before July 1, 2025.
To ensure a smooth transition, it is essential for system users to verify their registered mobile numbers and complete any necessary authorizations without delay.
