Digitalization of HR and Mentality Transformation Seminar
İstanbul Bilgi University held a seminar about Digitalization of HR and Mentality Transformation (İK'da Dijitalleşme ve Zihniyet Dönüşümü) by Organizational Psychology Grad School Department on April 27, 2016.
The seminar was widely based on the digitalization index of Turkish firms, human resources and payroll outsourcing processes and how technology can be used efficiently in these areas. Every guest speaker emphasized how technology has sprawled into our daily lives and lead digitalization become a mandatory process. Thus, the speakers assesed that in this process of technological turnover, firms must acknowledge where they stand and then define a path for their digitalization progresses which will lead them to have profitable gains.
