We held our CottGroup® Traditional New Year's Event

Our New Year's event, held on Friday, December 9, 2022 at the Fairmont Quasar Hotel, was filled with performances by various musician groups, DJ performances and inspiring speeches by our managers. At the event, in addition to our successes in 2022, our expectations for 2023 were also shared.

As CottGroup^®, we are proud of being an organization that develops and grows every year thanks to our high motivation and the value we place on cooperation.

We would like to thank all of our colleagues for their participation and we truly believe that we will achieve new successes in 2023 together.

ADP Partner Executive Convention 2022

The "2022 ADP Partner Executive Convention" took place in Lisbon this year. The meeting brought together executives and professionals from many global companies, and the leaders in the industry were awarded for their best performance. As CottGroup^®, the Turkish partner of ADP^®, we also participated in this important meeting.

Bordromat® Payroll Process Management System: Workshop

As CottGroup®, we held the Bordromat® Payroll Process Management System Workshop, the newest member of our software systems, on Saturday, October 15ᵗʰ, 2022 at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul. Our team, who has been involved in all processes from the idea stage of Bordromat to R&D studies and project management to software development stages, and the participation of all CottGroup's valuable employees made this special day even more beneficial.

In the workshop, the technical features of Bordromat were conveyed to all our colleagues, as well as its features that would make a difference in the sector were discussed in detail. Many features such as its user-friendly interface, cloud-based structure, the presence of a professional regulatory team behind it, its instant adaptation to ever-changing legislation and its high level of integration success were shared with the participants. In addition, presentations on user experiences, the development stages of the project and the effects of Bordromat on the sector were also included in the program.

We would like to thank our valuable colleagues who acted with a common goal and worked shoulder to shoulder in this long journey for their participation.

ADP Partner Executive Convention 2021

Boss Governance^®, a CottGroup^® member company and the local partner of ADP^® in Türkiye, attended to the annual "ADP^® Partner Executive Convention”, which was held online on December 1-2, 2021 for the fiscal year of 2021 The convention took place in the "Ocean" which was determined as this year's theme.
